The Shinnecock Indian Nation presented a plan to build a casino complex at Belmont Park in Elmont.  The Complex includes a 600-room hotel and casino-entertainment complex with a renovated Long Island Rail Road Station. Other components include an architectural green drainage system and a new racetrack.
